  • Once you accept the quotation, a 25% deposit is required to lock in the pricing. To allocate your pool into our production schedule, an additional 50% deposit is required, bringing the total to 75%. Please note that as the pool manufacturer, we do not facilitate installations or the transport of our pools.

  • While your pool is being created, it is essential to finalize the position of your pool. You can determine the ideal location using our specifications or by consulting with a local builder. If your property is sloping, you will need to hire a surveyor and engineer to construct the necessary support structure. Since each build varies, we recommend reaching out to multiple professionals to compare quotes in your area.

    Certification and Fencing
It is crucial to note that all councils and local authorities have different regulations concerning building projects and pool fencing. Therefore, checking with your local authority regarding specific requirements is vital. Your container pool will come with comprehensive engineering drawings to assist when communicating with councils or private certifiers. Some areas may also dictate that above-ground pools require independent fencing for safety and compliance.

  • At this stage, our team is diligently working on building your shipping container pool. We will maintain regular touchpoints with you to provide updates on the progress of your pool and to check in on your preferences and needs throughout the build.

Once we approach the completion of your pool, we will share the pickup date, ensuring that everything is prepared for its departure from our warehouse. Please be reminded that the final payment is required before we can release the pool to you. Thank you for your continued support as we work to create your perfect outdoor space.

  • All of our container pools have been designed to fit perfectly on standard-width trucks, ensuring simple and cost-effective transport. Since our customers are located in various regions, we do not provide freight-inclusive pricing. We are more than willing to arrange freight (at your expense), or you may opt to manage this process yourself.

  • To ensure your site is ready for the arrival of your shipping container pool on delivery day, follow these essential steps:

    1. Clear the Area: Ensure a clear and level space where the container pool will be installed. The area should be free of any debris, rocks, or obstacles that may hinder the delivery.

    2. Access for Delivery Vehicle: Confirm that there is sufficient access for the delivery vehicle. Check that driveways and pathways are wide enough and free from low-hanging branches or power lines.

    3. Ground Preparation: The ground should be level and stable. If necessary, consider hiring a professional to prepare the site to avoid any settling issues in the future.

    4. Safety Considerations: Ensure the area is safe and accessible. This includes keeping children and pets away from the site during delivery.

    5. Drainage Plan: Consider the drainage requirements around the pool area. Proper drainage will help prevent any future water accumulation which could affect the stability of your pool.

Once the pool is delivered, you will find the factory-assembled filtration system housed within the container. If you need assistance with the setup, we are here to help. Request our Quickstart Guide and Support Guide, and we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to plug in and operate your filtration system effectively.

  • The moment you’ve been waiting for! Before you fill your pool, ensure you have engaged a pool safety certifier to provide a certificate of compliance according to your local area.

You will need to engage a licensed electrical contractor for the connection of your pool. The contractor must understand Section 6 of the Wiring Rules and be familiar with equipotential bonding of swimming pools and spa pools as per the Australian Standard.

Now you’ve plugged, filled, and you can play! Enjoy your sustainable shipping container pool and the refreshing experience it brings to your backyard.
